PORTFOLIO - Landmark Historic Home, Coral Gables, FL

Situated in Coral Gables' Italian Village, this home dates to 1926.  We updated the home while maintaining its historic integrity, and making each space feel comfortable and inviting.  The traditional design was focused around a color pallet of greens and blues with the occasional pop of pink, as seen in the living room's curtains and ceiling, and in the in-law suite.  We incorporated custom built-in cabinetry, and used classic fabrics for upholstery along with decorative trimmings.
